PAYMENT OF PLAYING/PROGRAM FEES AND DEPOSITS
POLICY:
Offers for playing positions will be offered by the Olympic FC Technical Director and Senior Coaching Staff in accordance with the trial, selection and approval process as outlined by the Technical Staff.
Payments for all football offers will be made in two steps:
- A deposit will be required to secure the offer to play with Olympic FC.
- The balance of the full amount of the fees must be paid by the end of January in the year of the football season commencement or a payment plan entered into by that date.
Deposit and final payment amounts, together with payments due dates will be outlined in the letter/email of offer and will be strictly enforced.
Payment of the Full Deposit is required in order to secure the position. Any deposits that are outstanding after the due date will result in the player having their offer of a playing position withdrawn.
The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE except for in extraordinary circumstances. This is applicable across all programs including NPL/SAP (FQ) and Divisional (FB) football.
Payment off all fees (or entering into a payment plan agreement), must be received by the club by the due date in order for the season registration process to be completed on Play Football. This includes any prior year outstanding balances.
Players who have not finalised the registration process will not be allowed to commence or continue to train with or play for the Club.
Payment of all registration fees must be made via the Olympic FC Registration Portal administered by Majestri (olympicfc.majestri.com.au).
