The Olympic U16’s returned to winning ways with a 4-1 victory over Ipswich Knights at Goodwin Park on Tuesday night.

The visitors took an early lead throught Jaleal Hamper in the 13th minute but it took Olympic just four minutes to equalise through a Benjamin Foots finish at the back post.

A quick-fire Gibeom Kim double saw Olympic race out to a two goal lead shortly after half time before a second Ethaniel Medina long range goal in as many outings rounded out the 4-1 win for the home side.

Tuesday’s win leaves Olympic’s U16’s in third position just two points shy of league leaders, Sunshine Coast Wanderers.

The Olympic U15’s recorded their biggest win of the season with a thumping 9-0 win over Ipswich Knights at Goodwin Park on Tuesday night.

Savva Koumpis, Junaid Mirza, Aria Schwani & Yohan Balakrishnan all came away with two goals to their name while Shawn Kim also struck on a high scoring night.

Tuesday’s win leaves Olympic in third on the table after five rounds of action.

U14

Olympic’s league leading,U14’s made it six wins from six with a 4-1 home triumph over Ipswich Knights on Tuesday.

After the visitors struck first, Olympic found their way back into the match in the 30th minute through Aiden Barr who turned home close range following a driving George Koumpis run.

Alexander Pavlakis put Olympic ahead in the 48th minute who slotted the ball into the back of the net from the edge of the area following some good build up from the home side.

Olympic score their third in the 72nd minute through, Liam Hardie who finished after being unselfishly played in by Cooper Watson who’d broken clear of the Knights defence.

Ippei Suzuki rounded out the 4-1 win two minutes later when he put the finishing touch on a slick passing move from the home side.

Olympic’s U13’s maintained their position at the top of the league with a 1-0 win over Ipswich Knights on Tuesday.

An own goal from the visitors proved decisive as Olympic edged a tight contest.

Next up for Olympic’s Academy U13-U16 boys is a trip to White Hills Reserve to face Holland Park on Sunday, May 2.
