Player Registration Procedures 2012

Members have 2 options when registering their child to play for Olympic FC in 2012

Option 1: Designated Sign On Day

Olympic’s Sign On Days for the 2012 season are outlined below:

Saturday/Sunday 28/29th January between 1pm-5pm

Tuesday 31st January between 6.30pm-7.30pm

Thursday 2nd February between 6.30pm-7.30pm

Saturday/Sunday 4/5th February between 1pm-5pm

To make the registration process quicker please make sure that you download and fill in the following paperwork;

1. The Olympic Membership Form

2. The Medical Form

3. The Club Code Of Conduct

All fees are payable on sign on day by eirther, CASH, CHEQUE, EFTPOS or CREDIT CARD. A Direct Debit facility will also be arranged for those families who would like to pay off their fees over a 3 month period.

REFUND POLICY

PLAYERS WHO LEAVE THE CLUB AFTER REGISTRATION TO PLAY FOR ANOTHER CLUB WILL FORFEIT THEIR REGISTRATION FEES. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.

Option 2: Registration after Common Sign On Day

Contact the appropriate Olympic official in charge of the age group that corresponds to that of your child. They will let you know if there are places still available in a team for your child.
If there are spaces, download and fill in the necessary club paperwork.

These forms can be found and downloaded in the “CLUB DOCUMENTS” section.

You will need to also supply a photocopy of your child’s birth certificate. A passport sized photo of your child is no longer necessary to play football in Football Brisbane run competitions. Come down to the Olympic and our registrars will electronically registrar your child/children.

OLYMPIC Registration Fees 2012

Club registration fees must be paid before your child starts training – unless a payment arrangement can be negotiated with the club.

(a) Roo Ball ( aged 5 – 11 ) $315.00

(b) Divisional ( aged 12 – 16 ) $415.00
