Olympic are all set to tackle Peninsula Power in an early season NPL Queensland blockbuster at Goodwin Park on Sunday evening (6pm KO).
Despite being held to draws in their last two outings Olympic remain undefeated and top of the league seven matches into the new season.
Power sit third coming into Sunday’s match having won five games on the bounce after suffering back-to-back defeats in their opening two matches of the new season.
LAST TIME WE MET
Daniel Leck scored the only goal of the game as Olympic defeated Peninsula Power 1-0 at AJ Kelly Park in July last year in a result that ended Power’s unbeaten start to the 2021 campaign.
Olympic and Power have previously met six times in NPL Queensland action having taken three wins apiece from their battles over the years.
