Round 4: Olympic 16-0 Gympie United
Olympic kicked off their 2019 FFA Cup campaign with a record breaking 16-0 win over Sunshine Coast Premier League outfit, Gympie United at Goodwin Park.
Matt Heath and Chris Lucas lead the scoring for Olympic with five and four goals respectively in the club’s biggest ever FFA Cup win.

Round 6: Olympic 4-1 Palm Beach
Despite falling behind to an early Joshua Squires goal Olympic hit back with a Jez Lofthouse brace to take the lead shortly after half time.
An Alex Smith worldie minutes later put Olympic in the drivers seat before Chris Lucas rounded out the 4-1 win with a goal against his former club.

Round of 32: Olympic 5-2 Bayswater
Olympic didn’t shy away from the occasion with the nations eyes and Fox Sports cameras on them in the Round of 32, emphatically defeating NPL WA outfit, Bayswater City 5-2 at Perry Park
Olympic were five goals up within an hour in a scintillating display before the visitors restored some respectability to the score line with a pair of late goals.

Round 5: Rochedale 0-4 Olympic
Olympic were pitted against FQPL side, Rochedale Rovers in Round Five and came up against a familiar face in Olympic legend, Danny Byrne, who made the move to Rochedale after departing Olympic at the end of the 2018 season.
Steve Whyte & Jez Lofthouse both found the back of the net with stunning strikes to add to James Cuminao and Alex Smith goals in a comfortable victory at Underwood Park.

Round 7: Surfers Paradise 1-2 Olympic
Olympic booked their spot on the national stage with a hard fought 2-1 win over Surfers Paradise at Lex Bell Oval.
Shelford Dais opened the scoring with some typically robust work inside the penalty area before Chris Lucas against a Surfers side who had been reduced to ten men.

Round of 16: Olympic 2-3 Adelaide United
Olympic pushed eventual champions, Adelaide United all the way at Perry Park in the Round of 16.
Al Hassan Toure hit a double for the visitors but Olympic twice clawed their way back through Costa Psaros and Chris Lucas as the went toe-to-toe with United only to be cruelly denied by a George Blackwood penalty in the dying stages.
